He is survived by: his parents, George Stafford and Gracie Stafford (Scott); his spouse Wanda Law; his children, Sherry Norte of Owatonna, MN, Joyce Elbert (Tom) of Owatonna, MN, Garry Stafford, Howard Stafford and George; and his son-in-law Bruce Norte. He is also survived by five brothers and three sisters.
