He is survived by: his wife Brenda Smith; his children, William Michael Smith (Sheila) of Beaufort, MO, Stephen Smith of Union, MO, David Smith (Jamie) of Sullivan, MO, Donna Baker of Union, MO and Suzanne Smith (Harold) of Ballwin, MO; his grandchildren, Adam, Josh, Phillip, Jacob, Zachary, Katie, Courtney, Brianne, Kelly and Madison; and his sister Barbara Rhoads of Union, MO. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Immaculate Conception School or Masses.
