He is survived by: his spouse Danyee Graham; his children, Ashley Smith (Adam) of Union, MO and Thomas Giery (Emily) of Wentzville, MO; his granddaughters, Addison and Ava Smith; and his siblings, Peter Giery (Barbara) of Hepburn, FL, Mary Elizabeth Power (Pat) of Stamford, NY, Marylouise Giery (Robert Shepard), Mary McAvoy (Chris Mattson), MaryJane Pudney (Frank), Maryann Africano (Rick) of Glenmont, NY, Maryrose Motyl of Delaware, Mary Patricia Henrietta (Charlie) of Delaware, Christopher Giery of Delaware, Paul Giery (Karen) of North Carolina and Michael Giery (Theresa) of Idaho. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
