She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Best and Virginia Lansche (Dixon); her husband Winfred Cotner; and her children, Aaron Cotner, Warren "Dale" Cotner, Ivan Cotner and Ruth Ann Cotner.

She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Fellous (Stephen) of Sarasota, FL, Dianna Elkins (John LaChance) of Union, Deanna Stranz of House Springs, Mark Cotner (Cheryl) and Darrell Cotner of Brighton, Illinois; and her siblings, David Best (Carol), Wanda Pummill of Eminence, Rosemary Newport (Raymond) of Benton, KY, Gina Lansche of Eminence and Lisa Lynn Zalbak (Larry) of Hawk Point. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.

Memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital are preferred.
