She was predeceased by: her former husband Anthony Reger; her husband Archie Lewis; her parents, Ernest and Louise; and her brother-in-law Jerry Pence.
She is survived by: her siblings, Lloyd Duncan (Rose) of Union and Marie Pence. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bourbon Cemetery.
