He was predeceased by: his daughter Connie Overschmidt. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Overschmidt; his children, Robert "Bobby" Overschmidt Jr. (Cyndi) of Union, MO, Don Overschmidt (Maria) of Indiana, Jane Luechtefeld (Paul) of Leslie, MO, Amy Royle (Matthew) of Florida and Susan McClung (Adam) of Union, MO; and his grandchildren, Dustin Overschmidt, Lauryn Overschmidt, Zach Luechtefeld, Emily Luechtefeld, Morgan Overschmidt, Jayden Overschmidt, Keira McClung and Gwendylan McClung. He is also survived by great-grandson, Colt Click; other relatives and many dear friends.

Memorial donations may be made in honor of "Heavyduty Bob" Overschmidt to Immaculate Conception Church.
