He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Fred "Pop" Oltmann (Ella) and Pohlmann; his wife Lois Oltmann; and his brother Ernst Oltmann (Florence). He is survived by: his son Keith Oltmann (Theresa); his granddaughter Jessica Oltmann; his great grandchildren, Mario of Union, MO, Anayelli of Union, MO and Tessa Oltmann of Union, MO; his brother-in-law Don Sudholt (Shirley); his niece Jerene Willis (Bryan) of St. Clair, MO; and his nephews, Terry Sudholt (Jan) of St. Charles, MO and Bob Sudholt (Marilyn) of St. Louis, MO..
