He was predeceased by: his parents, Mario Urruela I (Zoila) and Zoila Urruela. He is survived by: his wife Franca Lila Aguilar of Las Vegas, NV; his sons, Mario Urruela IV (Christina) of Kansas City, MO and Nicholas Urruela of Las Vegas, NV; his brothers, Eric Urruela of Washington, Lance Urruela of Orlando, FL and Stuart Anthony Urruela of Miami Shores, FL; and his niece Tami Alt. He is also survived by two grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
