It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Williams of Union, Missouri, born in Dixon, Missouri, who passed away on February 13, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Smith (Mary Ellen) and Mary Ellen Smith; her son Timothy Karr; and her sister Patricia Harris. She is survived by: her husband Chester Williams of Union; her sons, Shawn Williams of Union and Eric M. Williams of Union; her siblings, Windel Smith (Linda) of Florrisant and Gay Scovel (Berry) of Colorado Springs, CO; and her grandchildren, Jordan Williams, Julie Williams, Elijah Williams and Kenneth "Jude". She is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
Memorial donations to the Franklin County Humane Society are preferred.
