She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Hulsey of Union; her children, Jeffrey Hulsey (Julie) of Union, Michael Hulsey (Cheryl) of Hillsboro, James Hulsey of St. Clair and Jill Triplett (Darryl) of Union; her brother Ransom Kamper (Katherine) of Union; and her sister-in-law Mary Downing of Florida. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
