He is survived by: his wife Eula Mae Coleman; his children, John Monroe (Kim) of Owensville, Janet Reed (Mark) of Union, Julie Nieves (Brian) of Washington and Jeff Monroe (Wendy) of Lebanon, OH; his grandchildren, John Colby Monroe (Julie), Abby Reed, Hanna Braun (Ryan), Alex Tiehes (Brad), Moriah Griesenauer (Cody), Victor Nieves, Lucy Monroe and Mazie Monroe; his great grandchildren, Sawyer, Mabel, Arlo, Julian and Clyde; and his siblings, Jane Lefler (Mike) of Nixa, MO and David Monroe (Noreen) of Pacific.
