He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Crabtree and Ellen Crabtree; his wife Edna Crabtree; his son Earl Yowell; and his siblings, Carrie Pendergrass, Arvel Crabtree, Rufus Crabtree, Beatrice Stark, Gracie Stark, Loretta Brown, Floyd Crabtree and Pauline Renfrow.
He is survived by: his children, Leonard Yowell, Betty Dirnbeck (Ed), Jessie Seamon (Rodney) and Earline Turner; and his grandchildren, William, Earl, Teresa, Christine, Lori, Dean, Leonard "Lenny", Ed, Eric, Jamie, Jennifer, Dustin, Devin, Ian, Tonya and Heather.
Memorial donations in Jesse's Honor may be made to the, American Cancer Society.
