With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jan Palmer of Union, Missouri, born in Washington, Missouri, who passed away on April 13, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Holliday and Bertha Holliday; her husband Harold Palmer; her boyfriend Marvin Bates; and her brothers, Ronnie Marts and Billy Marts.

She is survived by: her children, Lacy Sincox of Union and Jeffery Bates of Washington; her sister Kathy Kaver (Lawrence) of Union; and her pet Tootsie. She is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family for funeral expenses (c/o Lacy Sincox).
