He is survived by: his sons, John Metcalf (Jennifer) of Union, MO and Michael Metcalf of Las Vegas, NV; his siblings, Sue Metcalf of Union, MO and Tom Metcalf (Kathy) of Union, MO; his grandchildren, Peggy Metcalf, Beau Metcalf (Meghan), Ian Metcalf, Ashley Ruetter (Dave), Tucker Metcalf (Alex), Taylor Metcalf (Heidi) and Andrew Metcalf; and his great grandchildren, Millie, Greta, Frank and Henry.
