He was predeceased by: his parents, Seaburn Clines and Velma Clines; his sister Joann Staggemeier; his brothers-in-law, Sonny Staggemeier and Lee Risse; and his son Steve Clines.
He is survived by: his wife Naomi Sparkman; his sons, George and Rickey Clines (Malcom) of New Mexico; and his siblings, Jim Clines (Norma) of New Haven, Richard Clines of Beaufort and Donna Risse of Robertsville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are preferred to Home to Home Canine Orphanage.
