He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Augustus Lewis Sr. (Katherine Dale) and Katherine Lewis; and his sister Beverly Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Lewis (Marlene Davis) of Crystal City and Susan Ann Lewis of New York; his fiancée Anna Hennings of St. Louis; and his grandchildren, Christina Jarvis of Union, Demetri Howard (Tabatha) of New York, Alexis Smith of New York and Timothy Smith of New York. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Memorial donations to the family are preferred.
