He is survived by: his children, Keith Fulton (Emmanuelle) of Atlanta, GA, Kyle Fulton (Ginger) of Chesterfield, MO and Kara Douglass (Christopher) of Labadie, MO; his sister Beth Buffe (Greg) of Camdenton, MO; and his sister-in-law Donna Fulton of Lake Ozark, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Oltmann Funeral Home - Union (103 N Church St, Union, MO 63084). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Bellerive Gardens Cemetery (740 N Mason Rd, Creve Coeur, MO 63141).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Trinity Presbyterian Church.
