He is survived by: his mother Tracie Blumhorst (Aaron); his son Kamdyn Dismang; his grandparents, Rod and Phyllis Simcox; his brother Jayden Blumhorst; his aunt Sherri Coughlin (Andrew); his uncles, Rick Simcox (Sam) and Terry Simcox; and his nieces and nephews, Hadley Burkett of Union, Emma Coughlin of Union, Ben Coughlin of Union and Seager Simcox of Union. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
