He was predeceased by: his parents, William Machelett (Mabel) and Mabel Machelett; and his siblings, Billy Jean Machelett and Linda Ulrey. He is survived by: his children, Carl Wray Machelett (Brenda) of St. Clair, Jason Machelett (Christina) of Beaufort and Kaylee Machelett of Union; his grandchildren, Noah Machelett, Hannah Machelett, Darrin Machelett, Bryson Machelett, Macey Machelett and Ellis Machelett; and his siblings, Wayne Machelett of Stoney Hill, Jim Machelett, Joe Machelett (Darla Torborg) of Beaufort and Pam Helton of Cuba. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Midlawn Funeral Home (7280 State Hwy 47, Union, MO 63084). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Moose Lodge 905.
