He is survived by: his daughter Willow Williams of Hillsboro, MO; his parents, Mark Thater (Terri) of Union, MO and Tracey Steinberg of Union, MO; his grandparents, Lois Thater of Union, MO, Phil Minks (Ginny) of Lebanon, MO, Sharon Penrod (Daniel) of Desoto, MO and Nancy Owens of Naples, FL; and his sisters, Courtney Vollmer (David) of Washington, MO, Alyssa Wissmann (Chris) of Union, MO, Chelsi Davis (Jake) of Leesburg, VA, Haylie Steinberg (Zac Rucker) of Union, MO and Chloee Steinberg of Union, MO. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
