He is survived by: his daughters, Dallas Forrest (Craig) of Columbia, MO and Rebecca Yarbrough (Ryan) of St. Joseph, MO; his brother Frank Maudlin of Cameron, MO; his siblings-in-law, Elda Jones of Liberty, MO and Dwane King (Bonnie) of St. Joseph, MO; and his grandchildren, Kristin Brailey (Brian) of Temple Terrace, FL, Robin Forrest of Columbia, MO, Jonathan Forrest of Columbia, MO, Mary Forrest of Columbia, MO and Rhys Yarbrough of Warrensburg, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins and many dear friends.
