He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth and Bonnie. He is survived by: his wife Rae Mades; his children, Michael (Erica Mades) and Neva Mades; and his sister Charlotte Mades. He is also survived by many friends and family.
Memorial donations may be made to the family and left at the funeral home the day of the service.
