He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Arthur and Millie Clark (Edwards); and his siblings, Coleen Annett, Glenda Wilson and Orville Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Clark; his sister Linda Ruff; and his pet Calli. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
