He is survived by: his wife Janet Lee Boaz; his children, Laura Ash (Mitch), Debi Hall (Dave), Jeanine Miller (Garry), Rick White (Wendy), Missy Neff (Brad), Terri Miller and Tammi Hoecker (Bruce); and his sisters, JoAnn Fowler and Elva Johnson. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
