She is survived by: her former husband Richard Horace Addison; her husband David Allen Ward; her daughters, Sonya Addison (Clarence Slaughter, Jr.) of Opelika, AL, Tonya Addison of Buffalo, MO and Rebbeca Addison of Roanoke, AL; and her brother Charles Eady of Atlanta, GA. She is also survived by two grandsons; two granddaughters; two great-grandsons; and one great-granddaughter.
