He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Jacob and Jacquelyn Roberta Schmitt (Meyer); his daughter Jessica; and his sister Marlene Hendrix. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie (Abbott); his sons, Nathan and Jacob (Andrea); his grandchildren, Cora and Kane; his sister Linda Squier (Rick); and his pet Jack. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
