He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis W. Runkles and Lily Mae Runkles (Hartley). He is survived by: his sons, Tim Runkles II (Tiffany Randall) of St. Clair and Matt Simpson (Rachel) of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Cody Runkles, Hannah Runkles, Tyler Simpson and Kyle Simpson; his brothers, Louis Wm III (Louie) and Joe Runkles (Angie); his sister-in-law Kathy Runkles; and his close friend Brenda Runkles (Blackwell). He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
