He is survived by: his parents, Donald "Jake" Jacob Blackwell of Bowling Green, MO and Erin Elizabeth Deters of Troy, MO; his grandparents, Gabriele Blackwell of Bowling Green, MO, Derek Deters (Darla) of Troy, MO and Julie Constable (Hiram) of Quincy, IL; his great-grandparent Don Giltner of Louisiana, MO; his aunts and uncles, Brooke Snyder (David), Stacey Bradshaw (Gary), LeRoy Blackwell (Alicia), Davy Blackwell (Megan), Missy Constable and Tracy Fishel (Bob); and his pet Riley. He is also survived by several great aunts, great uncles, cousins.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Humane Society of Missouri.
