He is survived by: his children, Angela Pair, Ashley Ortega (Tony), Rita Smith (Pat), Cheryl Goshen (David), Jeff Meyers, Allen Meyers (Bonnie) and Janet DuBuque; and his grandchildren, Tiffany, Matthew, Mac, Bryan, Shelly, Dustin, Stephanie, Erika, Amanda, Danielle, Jerry, Samantha, Jeffrey, Jr., Carrie, Brian, Leslie, Amber, Aaron and Ashley. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
