She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Tolliver and Hazel Tolliver (Smith); her son Michael Armstrong; her husband Raymond Armstrong; her brother Duane Tolliver; and her son-in-law James Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Smith of Troy, Kevin Armstrong of Mesa and Rhonda (John Wagner) of Wentzville; her grandchildren, John Adams, Shannon Wheatley, Mandy Thomas, Casey Webb and Nicole Webb; her great grandchildren, Abigail Webb, Austin Webb, Aiden Schmelz, Liam Schmelz, Grace Fagan, Jasper Espinosa, Sierra Finch, Clayton Dees, Zachary Thomas, Jordan Thomas and Brenden Thomas; and her great great grandchildren, Aidan Finch, Paris Finch, Zayden Thomas and Kirk (Connie Webb) of St. Charles. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
