We are sad to announce that on August 22, 2023, at the age of 89, Ronald V. Smith of Troy, Missouri, born in Quincy, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Smith and Elizabeth Smith (Kerkhoff); his wife Joan Smith; his grandson Steven Smith; and his siblings, Aubrey Smith, Jr., Roger Smith and Paul Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Smith (Jeanne) of St. Charles, Mark Smith (Judy) of Huntsville, Dave Smith (Linda) of Pensacola and Martha Glisson (Charles) of St; and his siblings, Alfred Smith (Joanie) of Quincy, IL, Edward Smith (Betty) of California and Bernadine Bartos of Colorado. He is also survived by his 22 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
