It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Strain of Troy, Missouri, born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, who passed away on September 1, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Strain and Helen Marie Strain (Enoch). He is survived by: his wife Louise Strain of Troy; his children, Mary Ann Strain of Moscow Mills, Robert W. Strain (Kathy) of Warrenton and Christina L. Heimann (John) of Troy; his grandchildren, Danielle, Jarrod, Jessica, Jaime and Jeffrey; his great grandchildren, Ian, Mia, Roman, Claira, Emma, Hadley, Casen and Violet; and his brothers-in-law, Thomas Sander (Judy) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Jerry Sander of East Peoria, IL. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation to be held on Sunday, September 6, 2020, from 1 p. m.- 4 p. m. at McCoy-Blossom Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1304 Boone Street, Troy, MO, 63379.
