It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Gene Wulfert of Troy, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on January 16, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius J. Wulfert and Marie "Mary" F. Wulfert (Kratoville); his former wife Ann Jeanette Weinand; and his wife JoAnn Welsch. He is survived by: his daughters, Joyce Ann Derby (Dennis) of St. Louis, MO, Barbara Lynn Garvagna of Tampa, FL and Sharon Marie Seelbach of Troy, MO; and his brother Norman "Butch" Wulfert of Troy, MO. He is also survived by five grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
