He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter C. Collins and Alice Collins (DeHart); and his brothers-in-law, Wayne Erlewine and Bill Cruse. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Collins of Troy; his daughters, Debra Kay Kidd of Troy, MO and Christine Yvonne Allen of Troy; his grandchildren, Bryan Conder (Nicole) of Warrenton, Stephanie Marie Kidd of St. Charles, MO and Russell Allen (Tiffaney) of Union, MO; his great grandchildren, Nevaeh Conder, Roderick Allen and Adrianna Allen; his sister Barbara Erlewine of North Carolina; and his sister-in-law Peggy Cruse of St. Louis, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
