He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Thorp and Cynthia Thorp (Yoe); his wife Shirley Thorp; his daughter Diane McCaffrey; his grandson Hunter Thorp; and his brother Dennis Thorp.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew Thorp of St. Charles, Michael Thorp (Sara) of Troy, Raymond Thorp of Delaware and Charlene Pingitore (Jim) of Delaware; his grandsons, Matthew Pingitore and Greg Pingitore; his children, Dakota, Maverick, Brianna O'Donnell (Sean) and Cheyenne Goodman (Austin); his grandchild Baylor; his children, Aiden Thorp, Siarra Thorp and Ty Thorp; and his sister Judith Cassidy of Lee's Summit, MO.
