He is survived by: his mother Shirley Mayhood (Herron) of Neodesha; his wife Debbie Mayhood of Troy; his children, Scott Mayhood of Las Vegas, Samantha Gartin (Itamar) of Springfield, MO and Tracey Mayhood of Jersey City; his grandsons, Gavin and Greyson Gartin; and his brothers, Steve Mayhood of Corpus Christi, Gary Mayhood of Neodesha and Rick Mayhood of Neodesha, Kansas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
