He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Weldon Parker Sr. and Ola Mae Parker (Buffkin); his siblings, Paul Glennon Parker, Emily Ruth Parker and Naomi Jean Parker; and his daughter-in-law Cynthia Parker (Miller).
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Rose Parker (Schumer); his brother Larry Dale Parker; and his children, Michele Lytle (George), Douglas Parker Sr. (Lorilie), Timothy Parker (Robin) and Lynn Steingruby. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
In lieu of sending flowers donations can be made in Ralph's memory to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or to Sacred Heart Church in Troy, MO for memorial masses.
