He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Filsinger and Gladys Filsinger (Fuller); his sister Ruth Filsinger; and his grandson Joshua Filsinger. He is survived by: his friend George Prior; his wife Velma Filsinger (Creech); his children, Cherie Lavy (Mike) of Troy, Pamela Potter of Moscow Mills, Cindy Jones (Stephen) of Troy and Melvin Filsinger (Cathy) of Troy; and his siblings, Donna Voris (Bob) of Independence, Kenneth Filsinger (Shirley) of Sarcoxie and Janice Meek of Elk City, Kansas.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
