He was predeceased by: his parents, Lincoln and Phyllis (Dean); his wife Mary Elben (Martell); his daughter Michele Rose Elben; and his sister Penelope.
He is survived by: his daughters, Charlene Hill (Gaylon) of St. Charles and Debbie Woodard; his grandchildren, Darrell Mozee of Troy, MO and Jessica Mozee of St. Louis, MO; his great grandchildren, Roosevelt, Christian and Kayden; and his sister Brenda Kenneyand Linda Wilson. He is also survived by brother and sisters-in-laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
