She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Claude and Jessie Francis Morris (Daniel); and her sons, Jeffrey and Michael Carey. She is survived by: her husband David Carey of Troy; her daughters, Anna Kahle (Brent) of Boonville and Amy Elliott (Lee) of Troy; her daughter-in-law Lisa Carey of O'Fallon; her brothers, Claude Daniel Morris (Teri) of Round Rock and Francis Gilpin Morris (Patricia) of Council Bluffs, Iowa.; and her grandchildren, Kayla Vest (David), Erica Thurman (Jason), Julia Kahle, Jenna Kahle, Justin Carey, Amanda Wood (Robbie), David Carey, Andrew Thomas and Elena Elliott. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
