He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold McDonald and Veronica McDonald (Wiget); his brother Harold McDonald (Louise); his daughters, Debra Mudd and Veronica Hamlyn; and his daughter-in-law Julie McDonald.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Howard McDonald, Jr., Michael McDonald (Marie), Rosemary Farr (John), Pam Byington (Glenn), Sandra Moesch (Rick), Sharon Warren (Joe), Brenda McDonnell (Paul), Patrick McDonald (Laura), Cherie Helmkamp (Roy), Chaun Mikuleza (Jacki) and Kelly Ostrowski (Kevin); his wife Carolyn McDonald of Palmyra, IL; and his brother Terry McDonald (Linda). He is also survived by forty-one grandchildren, sixty-nine great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
