He is survived by: his parents, James Michael "Mike" and JoAnn Rose Lewis (Shilharvey) of Troy, MO; his brother Philip James "PJ" Lewis (Teresa) of Castle Rock, CO; his niece Cora; his nephew Cayson Lewis; and his grandparents, Paul V. and Joyce Y. Lewis of Troy, MO. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and his church family.
