He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph and Edith Evelyn Bine (Parson); his son John Joseph Bine; his brother Kenneth Bine; and his sister-in-law Connie Bine.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Bine of Troy, MO; and his children, Anngie Erbe (Nick) of Troy, MO, Wayne A. Bine (Jenny Wilson) of Troy, MO and Todd Bine of O'Fallon, MO. He is also survived by five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, nephews, cousins and friends.
