It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Norman Frangoulis in Troy, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on November 21, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman J. and Ruby (Poulos). He is survived by: his siblings, Pat Kallaos (Pete) of Creve Coeur, MO, Paul Frangoulis (Gail) of Snellville and Georgia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
