He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jane Whitchurch (Tebeau) and Leslie Whitchurch. He is survived by: his siblings, Ella Berube of Troy, MO and Jake Whitchurch (Norma) of Troy, MO; his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Meyer (Christopher), Nicole "Opie" Curdt (Eric), Kiara "KiKi" Whitchurch Larry Matyas (Jason Kelly) and Jacob Samuel Whitchurch, Jr.; his close friend Rebecca Glass Winn; and his great-nephews, Tyge Pitman and Nathan Meyer.
