She was predeceased by: her father Eddie Lester; her grandparents, Annie Humphrey Barley (Glen Barley), Efton L. Lester, Fred and Lydia Pollien (Sanker); her father-in-law George Van Beek; and her stepfather-in-law Fred Jost.
She is survived by: her aunt Glenda Fitzgerald; her husband George Van Beek, Jr. of Troy; her daughter Jenna Fry (Dustin) of Kansas City; her grandchildren, Linden and Renly Fry; her mother Helen M. Lester of Troy; her siblings, Cheryl Twellman (Mark) of Silex, MO., Randy Lester (Angie Kientzy) of Troy and Robert Lester of Troy; her mother-in-law Margaret Jost (Peggy) of Troy; and her sisters-in-law, Louise Simpson (Steve) of Elsberry and Lori Goodman (Jay) of Troy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
