He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Campbell and Helen Campbell; his siblings, Roger Campbell, Troy Campbell and Linda Davis; and his nephew Danny Campbell.

He is survived by: his children, Jason Campbell of Troy, Tabatha Adkins (Zach Duff) of Moscow Mills and Sherry Campbell (Debbie Dickherber) of Winfield; his grandchildren, Bradlee, Dillon and Camden Campbell; his great grandchild Amelia Campbell; his nieces and nephews, Jimmy (Heather Davis), Steve (Debbie Campbell), Timmy Campbell of Illinois, Danna Libby of Illinois and Robin Pashia of Illinois; and also, Kory Smith, Savanna Dickherber, Isabella Smith, Aurora, Ian Smith, Shawn Castle, Katelynn Dickherber, Hayden Castle, Mallory Castle and Hunter Castle. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
