She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Pollien and Lydia Wilhelmena Pollien (Sanker); her husband Eddie Lester (Eddie); her daughter Jeanette VanBeek; her sisters, Lillian Strack, Dorothy Herzberg, Ida Mae Gerding and Anna Marie Warner; and her brothers-in-law, Leroy Strack, Ralph Gerding and Harold Warner.

She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Twellman (Mark) of Silex, MO, Randy Lester (Angie Kientzy) of Troy, MO and Robert Lester (Kelly Neithardt) of Troy, MO; her son-in-law George Van Beek of Troy, MO; her grandchildren, Jenna Fry (Dustin) of Kansas City, MO, Christy Layton (Mitch) of St. Peters, MO, Jeffrey Twellman (Brandelyn) of Silex, MO, Caitlyn Twellman of Silex, MO and Elizabeth Lester of Troy, MO; her great grandchildren, Linden, Renly Fry, Leighton Twellman and Jolie Layton; and her siblings-in-law, Glenda Fitzgerald (Bruce) of Troy, MO and Carl Herzberg of Wentzville, MO. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
