She is survived by: her son Dale Collins (Nancy) of Lake Saint, MO; and her grandchildren, Tishia Dowell, Kelly Shephard, Jennifer Wilman (Bill), Joshua Graves, Lance Graves (Kathy), Jody Newcomb (Aimee), Jacob Lashley (Lisa), Patrick Murphy (Emily), Eric Murphy (Kayla), Chad Collins (Kelly), Ted Collins and Rusty Collins (Whitney). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
