She was predeceased by: her former husband Oliver Eugene Tapley. She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Tapley (Patti), Ronald Tapley, David Tapley and Michael Tapley (Rhonda); her siblings, Rosemary, Jerri, Joe and Steve; and her grandchildren, Sean, Tracey, Crystal, Shirlena, Alissa, Harlie and Michaela. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
